How to use:
Apply Lipocils on cleansed eyelashes and on the eyelid (root of the lashes) in the morning before makeup.
Apply Eyelash Cream on cleansed eyelashes at before bedtime.
Use Heated Eyelash curler before applying makeup. 45 seconds of application are sufficient.
